Writing in the age of ChatGPT-4

Thank you for signing up for my newsletter. I was supposed to publish my first dispatch today — but ChatGPT-4 has me reconsidering my initial plans.

Because it kind of changes everything.

Or at least it changes how I’m going to talk about writing.

What it meant to be a writer before ChatGPT-4 launched on March 14, 2023, is vastly different than what it means to be a writer now, just one week later.

I still think writers have an important role to play in life and business. I’m just not sure what that role is.

So, I’m going to take a moment to catch my breath and think about how to share what I know with you about writing in a way that’s relevant in the age of ChatGPT-4.
